Pull out your injectors and hook them to the fuel rail and crank the engine, see if they spray. On the V6s I know for sure that if one injector fails the other two on the same line will not work, You'll only have 3 working injectors, 2 non working and a failed injector.
People trying to solve their VATS issues should consider looking into the injection system cus 3 injectors will not fire an engine.
i can,t keep the car running i wired it to the starter and spray fluid in and it will run so what does this mean

Re: VATS bypass question

Reprogramming the PROM to delete VATS should work fine for the fuel enable side of it. You still need to bypass the start enable relay or the starter will not function. Changing PROM code wont help with that. The VATS module functions in two ways: When the VATS module recognizes the correct key resistance value from the cylinder contacts, it closes the starter enable relay allowing the starter to engage. It also sends a fuel enable signal to the ECM allowing the fuel injectors to operate.

I have had a few VATS modules fail. In this case resistors will not help you. You can buy a true bypass module which actually replaces the VATS module for $24. This bypass mod produces the fuel enable signal needed to operate the injectors. For it to work, you need to bypass the start enable relay.

As explained before
The VATS module is not sending the fuel enable signal to the ECM so you have no injector pulse to fire the injectors
