one second Delay in starting
When I start my car now, especially when it's cold, there's at least a one second delay from the time I turn the key to when the starter kicks in. It starts, but it's strange.
Is that a sign the starter or solenoid is going out?

Might need to replace the starter enable relay - it's located in the driver side kick panel, usually under the black goo that covers the hole where the hood release is. NAPA usually carries them in stock, advance and autozone don't even know what it is.
