Headlight issues (oh joy) :|
Headlight issues (oh joy) :|
Ok so I've read some topics here and I got little help from some of them. I've replaced all the relays, done some re-wiring....no wires touching metal (wrapped it in a plastic, flexible tube I bought at a store). The motors still won't go up or down but the lights will turn on and off. Fuses are all fine....I think I know what I need to do next, and that's buying two new headlight motors, but I want to get some input before I do it. Think you can help me out?
By the way, I have a 82 trans am.

Before you buy motors use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe the input to the motors to make sure they get power.
