Re: need help wiring

Why are you putting switches on? Did you do away with the key?

Re: need help wiring

I can't answer everything you want without looking at the amount of power the fuel pump and fans you will be using pull. However, if you are doing this because things are working right. You can just buy an aftermarket fan switch and they come with pretty much everything you need so your fan will turn on and off when necessary only. Fuel pump should turn on and off with the key. If it is not then the likely cause is the relay or a bad ground. If you must put in switches, find the amount of power that the fuel pump and fans you are installing pull and then it will be easy for you to find the right size wire, switch, and fuses.

Don’t use switches only, use a relay as well.

Here is a fan circuit which ingeniously shuts the fan off
(in case you forget to turn off the switch) when you turn the car off.
