aftermarket tach ?

aftermarket tach ?
Just wondering if anybody has put a 5 inch tach in the stock tach location after removing the stock tach of course. And if you did what about the op gauge. I ask because I've seen it like this before and would like to know the mods that were done for in the future. Thank you
