How many times do you think you really need to post this very same question?

I think if you crawl underneath the bumper and look behind the light assembly, you should see the bulb socket. It should be a twist and then pull type of socket.

jack the front end up, look under neath on that side, you can get to it without moving anything. The drivers side is the hard one.

Just lay on the ground, reach around behind it , and when you twist the socket counter-clockwise like unscrewing almost everything about a quarter of a turn it will come out. Remove bulb the same way. Repeat steps backwards, turning clockwise to screw in and it's done

Re: HELP!!!!! 1982 -1992how to get at running lights bulbs????
Most likely the switch that changes from high to low beams needs adjusting. It's what is actuated by the rod that moves when you pull back on the turn signal stalk. There's a whole bunch of threads on here with all the details. Do a search for hi-lo beam switch. Takes a little bit of time but it's not hard at all. Take off the panel under the steering wheel and watch the rod that moves down the column and you will find the switch where the rod ends. Push in on the switch and when it clicks now at least you have low beams. If you don't find enough info, somebody can walk you through it. Let us know what you find
