C207 Unknown wire
I am converting over to a MegaSquirt ECU. So far, I have about 99% of everything rewired. I'm stuck on one measly wire in the C207. I rewired my fuel pump relay to use the green/white wire as the MS-controlled ground. There was a loose purple wire in the back of my 1987 302 engine harness that I've connected the black/white (original ground) relay wire to so that I can bring in ignition-controlled 12V to the relay. This wire runs to the C207 at terminal P. However, everything I've looked at for the C207 says that this purple wire is unused. It has to hook to something, otherwise it wouldn't be there, right? Does anyone know where this wire comes from under the dash?
:edit: I forgot to mention that this unknown wire is NOT the purple/white hot in CRANK wire for the cold start injection (terminal R, IIRC)... That's been removed.

Re: C207 Unknown wire
Never mind... Had to hunt through the service manual to find it... Having my foot on the brake cutting out the engine isn't a good idea (TCC brake switch wire, normally closed)... I'll have to find the GAGES fused wire instead (again).
