im having problems with my parklights and turnsignals,

my parklights wont come on, they worked fine but then all of the sudden everytime i turn them on my fuse blows, but now my radio parklights and turn signals wont work.... ive tried replacing the fuse but the second i turn my key into the on potition it pops the fuse, i want to re wire them onto a toggle can i do this? if so can anyone help me?
