fast idle solenoid location?

Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.23 limited slip
fast idle solenoid location?

I got this dark blue connector right next to the a/c, power steering, temperature sender wire, etc. and I looked at a diagraam and saw that theres a dark blue wire that goes from the throttle kicker relay to the fast idle solenoid. does anyone know where either of those things are?
