digital cluster swap into 88 GTA
Just want to dispel a myth that you need an entire chassis harness to swap a digital cluster into a non digital cluster car. You dont.
I just installed one into my 88. Didn't require anything more than depinning the cluster connectors, labeling them and cutting the old pins off. Then you solder the new connectors on via the digital cluster pinout diagram and WHAM! It works.
There are an awful lot of wires on the digital dash. Most are common grounds and power wires. The only new things needed are feeds for the L and R door open indicators, coolant level sensor, and hatch ajar (that I think of off the top of my head)...

white? your VSS feed should be LTGRN. There are two this color, one is for the turn signals.

i got a digital speedo, i connected my white wire from speedo to the "S" on the back of my circuit film on my cluster , the wire coming from the digital gauge was white. but i can see which wire your talking about now i beleive its 14 on the lower cluster pins. i hooked it up and the readings were everywhere. i think it just needs calibrating..hopefully
