Both windows quit & fuse didn't fix it...

First, I used the search function and didn't find what I needed. If anyone knows of a thread that can help please adivse.

Yesterday my windows went down just fine and after about 1 hour in the driveway they have completely quit working. No noise, no clicks, no struggling. Nothing. No power is my guess. I replaced the fuse, 30A 12V(this is what they have been running on as long as i've owned it) and still nothing.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If the switches are still connected to the harness under center console, it's time for new motors! If they've not been replaced yet, they are well past due anyway - window motor life might be 10 years, your almost 20 years.

Do a for "bogus" - you'll see a thread about installing motors the easy way.

Thanks newbie.

After pulling down the fuse panel and tracing all the wires around, again... I discovered a plug tucked away up under there with no mate and that solved the problem.
