91 camaro wont start, sometimes...
So, I purchased my 1991 Camaro Z28 in Jan. 2004 and it ran great besides a few breakdowns that have since been fixed.
A couple of years ago it started acting up; as in it wouldn't start randomly. I'd try to start it and all i would get would be power to everything but the starter, no clicks at all like it normally would have. I waited about a half hour and it would start right up like it was brand new. I've replaced the starter, battery, ignition switch, and also the ecm board about 5 years ago. i thought it might be the neutral saftey swith but i was told that it was good... could it possibly be a bad ground???
My problem/question is what could be causing the issue. (it happens more when its warm outside) Any help would be great as i've been dealing with the problem for a while now...
