Fog lights
I did a search and found a few things on the fog lights, but I did what the it said and replaced the relay because the fuse was blowing instantly. The new one worked for a minute and now I am back to blowing fuses right away. Any help would be much appreciated.

That's wiring diags - scroll down and look at the 1992 diags for foglights - that might help you - sounds like you're getting a short (ie 12v+ is grounding somewhere). There will be very little (if any) difference between the 1990 car and those 1992 wiring diags.

So fog lights have not been working and I have been working on them. I have found that with a new fuse put in and the fog light switch off, as soon as I pull the head ligh switch on it blows the fog light fuse. Any ideas?? Bad fog light switch?

Remove the fog light relay.
Does the fuse still blow?
