Horn doesn't work
Hello, I'm a first time camaro owner. Just bought a 1986 Chevy IROC-Z28 Camaro and I'm in love with it already.
Before I can get it inspected I need to get the horn to work. Any ideas?
And the wipers have been acting up lately too. It wont work on hi and now apparently they wont turn off. Any ideas with that?

Horn has a relay - it should be under driver dash close to the fuse box - check tjhe horn fuse and that relay.
