Wiper switch part number question

Wiper switch on the 92z went out a couple days ago. I'm ordering an ACDelco one now, but it doesn't specify if its for a 4speed auto or 5speed manual? It also doesn't specify if its w/cruise control, etc... Part number is: D6314C. I'm guessing it doesn't matter since these options were all standard in 92?

I'm having trouble finding a wiper column switch for a '91 with cruise and delay. Any ideas where to find one? Is the part number above for the switch in the column?
