Mine are defective.. Finally know what the problem is! Now I need to replace mine but GM has none left (discontinued) and nobody else that I know of carries them.

I need a power door lock relay that will work with an 86 Camaro.. From what I know there are two types, 82-89 and then 90-92. I need the 82-89 version of this relay that goes under the kick panel on the driver's side.

There is one in a scrap yard but it would have to be shipped. Plus it is used and I would much rather just put in a new one.

Take one out and take it down to the local accesory installer they probly have the right relay on hand. try to get a bosch if you can

 

i dont have a local accessory installer.. I'd have to order it online.. I've been looking still and I have found 88-92 one such as this one: http://www.rickscamaros.com/camaro-p...1988-1992.html

Any ideas where to find an 86 one online?

 

can you post a pic of the relay, if you can get the number off of it and a pic of the bottom would help ..
