02 sensor

Put shorty header on a 91 Z28 350 TPI. Have a 1 wire o2 sensor.
do i have to do something to the 02.

Probably not. Because your asking I'm assuming your aware of the issue of O2 sensors cooling off below a temperature they can function. Depending on the headers it may not be problem and also even if it does cool off to that point car will just revert back to open loop mode and switch the AIR system over to the exhaust manifolds to warm it back up again. Thats assuming your just sitting around idling otherwise driving the car would be enough to keep it hot. It would not be a bad idea to switch over to a self heated O2 sensor as ideally you’d like to be in closed loop mode all the time but do you have to do anything? Most likely not.
