looks very important. "do not repair, replace" right there on the top.. Hmm since its right there on driver side i geuss something to do with ignition.

Looks to me like the Electronic Spark Control Module - thus the do not repair sticker.

Doesn't look like my ESC module. Being on a GTA, and my Camaro doesn't have a similar looking box, I'm going to take a guess and say it's for the headlight motors. The ESC module is farther to the right on the last photo, under the relay bracket.

It is infact the headlight control module, replaced dozens of them. Do yourself a solid and buy a new one if you need to replace it, replaced mine with used ones...and as I said I have done dozens. I do own a 1988 GTA by the way.
