Replaced Fuse, Now right blinker runs SLOOOOOWWWW. Help!

So I have my whole dash tore apart trying to find why half my gauges are not lighting up correctly. Tracing problems, I decided to check the inconvenience center.

Had a radio fuse blown in there, so I replaced it hoping maybe my instruments would start working. Instead now my right blinker is running really slow (Same blinker indicator light that just stays on which is why I started this rat race). Works fine for left hand blinker, normal speed.

I am at my wits end with tracking this electrical problem, I have taken everything apart! Is something not grounded right? Where can I check the grounding of the blinker and instrument cluster? Anyone have any ideas on what else to check?

All bulbs work just fine, now its just running slow and indicator still stays on.

Thanks in advance, I think I am getting closer.

Synopsis
Changed radio fuse and right turn signal goes slow now
Right turn signal indicator light stays on (when headlights are on), except when I turn on blinker, then it blinks(indicator) as normal (still slow however)
Half of indicator lights in instrument cluster dont work (when right indicator light stays on, other bulbs on the right of instrument cluster glow a little, like barely; when blinker is on, that little glow goes away)
When I push instrument cluster onto the left side connector, those lights light up, gauges flicker, when I snap the right side then into the connector there is absolutely no change, as in that whole set of wires doesnt seem to be working or isnt grounded or something????

Also this car was converted to a 355, carb, so all the electronics are out. All the connectors are there, maybe there is ground somewhere that needs to be grounded when the conversion was done????

You got it !

The connector you are pressing on contains pins 11 & 12 on a common line which provide the electrical path to half the illumination bulbs, plus the turn signal.

Look for a bad crimp/dirty contact on that pair of connectors.

Happy Racing!
