Re: relay/plug ID

I think that this one is the electronic spark module, and not a relay.

Re: relay/plug ID

Use wiring diags and check the wire colors: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19.

Your photos are very small and hard to see.

Underhood, relays include:

fuel pump relay
fan relay(s)
I think MAF has a relay

Sorry - all I can think of at the moment.

Re: relay/plug ID

So I look at diagram and determined that the two I didn't know were fan and fuel pump. Being I am using mech pump, can fuel pump relay and wires come out. Fan , as of moment I have to plug it directly into fusebox. Can I just cut fan wires out of ecm, and then try and run it a different way??

Re: relay/plug ID

Get better pictures with descriptions of wire colors. The only obvious one is the ESC module as newbie pointed out

On the otherhand, it seems like you're doing a carb conversion. Why not remove everything and put back only whats needed?

Re: relay/plug ID

I am to the point now where I just want to confirm that I can cut out fuel pump/fan relay and wires. Also I have a wire from the opsu that hooks into enm bundle. Can I cut that also. And lastly if all those are good to cut, all I will be left with is a purple/violet wire that I don't know what it is or where it goes
