Radio and everything work, just no start? If so, might be a VATS issue.
Or could just be a bad ignition switch, neutral safety switch, or starter enable relay - or a bad wire between the 3 and the starter.
You can take a 3 ft chunk of 10 guage wire, touch one end to the starter where the purple wire connects, and touch the other end to the battery positive post, and see if the starter turns. If it does, then starter and starter solenoid is good. With key in ON position, and you do this, car could start and run - if it does, then it's not a VATS issue, but ignition switch, neutral safety switch, or starter enable relay.
When I refer to ignition switch, I mean the actual switch on top of the steering column under the dash, not the key cylinder. You have to drop the steering column to get to the switch. Good luck!
