changing from 2 wire alternator to a 1 wire alternator
I recently just bought a serpentine setup for my 86 bird with a fresh 350...i cannot use my original motor's (305) alternator which is a 2 wire. the alternator that came with my serpentine setup is a 1 wire. My question is...since they dont sell 2 wire connectors at the parts store, what is the best way to switch from 2 wire to the 1 wire alternator? (parts stores sell a 3 wire connector maybe i can use just 2 of the 3?)
