so my headlight is dim and wont pass safety because of it -.- they said it was a wiring issue so i was playing with the ground wire to see it that was it and no change then i took the headlight out and found this...http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/810/photojzi.jpg/ any ideas anyone?

 

Cut out the bullet connectors and break out the soldering iron to properly put the wires back together. There's probably corrosion in the connectors which are making the light dim. However, that connector you have there doesn't look right altogether, but I have never seen an 84.
