88 IROC Ignition buzzer switch problem.

I was having a problem with inserting and turning the ignition key, so I removed the steering wheel and turn signal switch to get to the lock screw that holds the ignition cylinder in place. In doing this I also removed the key buzzer switch as I was having intermittent contact issues.

When I removed this piece another piece also came out of the slot and I have no clue how it fits back in and in what orientation. Here is the piece...

Here are the two pieces together. How does the small metal piece fit back into the buzzer switch hole?

This is where it came from...

Does anyone have assembly instructions?

Thanks!

You 'may' find something from the sticky:

Unfortunately the sticky doesn't mention it at all. I still have no clue how it goes in.

I'm having the same problem. I didn't pay attn to how the metal pc came out the plastic pc goes in with the two metal prongs facing up and to the left . I dont know if the all metal pc goes up or down. but that pc goes in first and the plastic pc slides under the installed metal pc but that probably doesn't help much. sory
