Car: 1989 Firebird formula

Engine: 5.0 TPI

Fuel System wiring

New fuel pump only sending 30lbs pressure. Does anybody have the fuel system wiring? specifically how it is connected to the ECM....MY relay is good (it clicks); when I turn the key, 30 lbs psi, but go right down to 5 lbs when relay de-activate....Car is not turning on, due to lack of fuel...Thanks
