Trying to ID cut wires

So I recently got a '91 Z28 that is in pretty good condition and doesn't seems to have been hacked at all except for a few wires coming out of the firewall on the upper, drivers side of the engine bay. Everything on the car functions perfectly as far as I can tell but I have no idea what these went to.

Yeah, my '85 doesn't have those so it kinda threw me for a loop. I'll probably just have to try and trace the wires behind the dash.

This is what I'm leaning towards.

Time to break out the 7mm nut driver and #2 Phillips screwdriver to investigate.

True, he kept the headunit, amp, and subs... but the battery's on the other side and these don't look like they'd be for a stereo. I didn't see any evidence of the car having an alarm before but I didn't look too hard yet.

Re: Trying to ID cut wires

Just a thought, it could be wiring for an aftermarket cruise control. I had a similar bunch of wires on my car and that's what they turned out to be.
