Gauge cluster glitch

Just bought an 84 trans am and the fuel gauge and oil pressure gauge wont work. The fuel gauge is perfectly vertical past full and the oil pressure gauge is perfectly vertical past the highest point. Also the right turn signal comes on inside only when I turn on my headlights. Should I just buy a new cluster and save myself the headaches?
