Fuel Pump and Turn Signal Fuse blowing

Transmission: TKO600
Axle/Gears: Strange S60 3.73
Fuel Pump and Turn Signal Fuse blowing
Everytime that I turn the key on in my car the fuses for the fuel pump and the turn signals blow. This all started happening after I pulled everything out from under the hood to paint the engine bay and put in a new motor. What should I look into?
