what would this be

So im looking at a 25th aniverserary rs 305 man for 1500. he says theres something that is always on that drains the battery, he said he has talked to camaro owners about it and they said something about the ignition that it was a common prob. he states that he had the dizzy, coil, lines, and alt checked and all are fine. tell me what you think, want a good idea befor i jump on this

To test it disconnect the positive battery terminal and place a volt ohm meter on to the the dc amp setting and check for the draw, you will expect to see a few ma. if its more than that or in the aps start unplugging things ( aftermarket stereo/ amp). ignition switch, bad diode in the alternator. Basically start to pull fuses until the draw goes away once you find the circuit start to isolate it down. May even be a bad battery or alternator and not a draw.
