I need some help trouble shootin a problem I have with my Driver's Side Headlight motor on my 86 TA. When I turn on the lights the Driver's Side Headlight motor raises the headlight and the motor stops.

However, when I turn the lights off the Driver's Side light does close but the motor does not stop spining. If I turn the parking lights on the motor stops.

By the way, the Passenger Side motor does nothing.

Please let me know your thoughts.
