on the steering colum for a air bag car specifically a 91 rs, under the steering wheel there's a round piece, its black and yellow has a cable coming out of each side one goes to the airbag itself the other down the colum into the air bag connector in the harness under the dash. Sits between the lock plate and the steering wheel in the colum.
