Keep blowing Crsy Fuse(Interior and Radio)

Been through every single wire,re taped,re checked everything. Still everytime i put a fuse in,it blows it,before its even all the way in. Need help.Im tired of problems with this car. Its never done this before so its a new problem. Not too long ago i was driving it down the road and my stereo shut off.I replaced the fuse and it was fine.

Is there something, like a dime or penny in the cigarette lighter? It's a pretty common issue with the 3rd gens, due to the location of it.

the radio shouldnt be on the courtesy circuit, should have its own fuse. is has is it the stock radio or aftermarket? if its aftermarket, did you wire it yourself?
