Hey guys

I have a 1987 trans am with the digital dash. Just about everything on it no longer works and ebay sells them for like $400 with no garatee theirs work 100% eiter. So I want to convert to the traditional 4 circle cluster thats in every late 80s firebird, anyone done this before? just how complicated is it? I know the front bezel will have to be changed, but the rear behind the cluster is part of the entire dash right? is that different? Would I have to rip out the entire dash from driver to passenger for this?

 

I bought a whole digital dash for $175 off CL and popped it in...works great. I like the DD look over the analog look.

 

what do you mean "popped it in", the harnesses themselves and the harness locations are different

 

mine was the same dash but just had issues with the aux buttons
