Trace A1 on C100 Bulkhead -89 GTA

Trace A1 on C100 Bulkhead -89 GTA
Hi..
When cleaning up my harness from all the MAF stuff, I found a "solution" from a privious owner. Both the 1E & 1B on headlight module (2x red - hot all times) have been put together into one fuse (will split them again) and then connected to A1 on C100 bulkhead instead of to the battery.
Checking diagram A1 on C100 on a -89 is used for Foglights but I cant find any other schematics that are showing this? Where does this A1 come from? fusebox?
The headlights are working just want to know
