Sounds like a fuseable link blew or anothe connector came undone. I would replace the fuses under the dash as a first step. then grab a haynes or helm manual and see if you can trace the wires. I'd also check the wires down at the solenoid, check to see if any of the wires down on it are loose or burned up.

Hey Just swapped in a T56 from auto and have same thing, but my windows and blinkers work. My power mirrors, radio, cig. lighter, digital odometer, heater selector, headlights, parking and fogs don't work and my systems check states OK then a minute later, states trunk open , then OK again.
I checked all fuses and 2 circuit breakers in panel, but nadda. I looked at the fuse links but these look fine.

Do you disconnect the bat? If so start there, is there a main wire you didn't hook up, if not check all positive wires near bat.

Re: No headlights or anything.

There is a "Headlight Door module" located beside the wiper motor, on the driver side firewall. (to the right if you at front of car looking to the back) This controls all items listed above not working. Now mine started working on its own, then shut off and started working again while looking for info on the net. There are fuse links "D" "E" and "G" in the wiring harness under the master cylinder. Haven't had issue since she fixed herself, but will keep you posted.

There is also a circuit breaker for these items. Check that too.
