Starting car blows fuse.

Starting car blows fuse.
I have an 86 iroc. When I start my car the fuse for the horn, interior lights, trunk release, and alarm(all one circuit) blows. I replace it and every thing works until I start the car then the fuse blows again. Any ideas?
