I was wondering does the 91 Camaro RS have a rev limiter? I can rev it at 7000RPM. I was wondering does this car have a Performance chip or does it Rev at 7000RPM stock?

There is a provision in the PROM code for a Rev limiter, but it was set to 10k RPM from the factory to disable it. All thirdgens come like this.
