I was having issues with my turn signals and high low beam indicators. I just switched my steering column with a another one ( wanted tilt ) and no more problems . My guess is that the bad ground issue was in the steering column connections or the column itself. Just letting you guys know so you try cleaning the connections on the steering column to see if that solves your problems.
