Ok this little problem happens to be my cluster lights which no longer work. They worked just fine until my starter went out and began to have starting issues which happened to be a problem with the battery aswell. Ok so long story short both the starter and battery were replaced. Well during that very frustrating time period of my car not starting every time I turned it off my cluster lights quit working..and I have had trouble finding the problem. All of the indicator lights still light up but the background lighting to the four gauges no longer work. It's a pain having to use your cell phone occasionally to see how fast your going haha. Is it likely that all four bulbs blew?? I really would like to fix this problem asap! I would appreciate the help thank you!

To diagnose the dash illumination lights make sure the dash dimmer control is set at the bright position, then using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe both sides of the INST LPS fuse.
If there is no power there check for power on the orange wire at the headlight switch.
Then check for power on the dark green wire at the headlight switch.
Is there power on both wires?
