Crank Call
The CRK fuse should have power with the key in the START position.
The CRK fuse is there to protect other parts, a dead fuse will not prevent cranking.
The fact your CRK fuse has no power is a symptom, not a cause.
Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe the yellow wire at the starter enable relay, which is located under the left kick panel.
Is there power there when you try to start the car?

Yes there should be 12 volts there.
Now we need to find out where that 6 volt drop is originating.
While trying to crank, measure the output on the 10 gage yellow wire at the steering column connector.
If it’s 12 volts, the 6 volt loss if between that point and the input on the Enable Relay.
If it’s 6 volts, measure on the 10 gage red wire at the same connector the 10 gage yellow wire is.
If it’s 12 volts, the 6 volt loss is in the ignition switch, or the actual connection going to it.
If it’s 6 volts, the loss is between that point and the battery.
