brake lights wont come on when slowly depressing pedal
my 84's brake lights wont come on when you ease the pedal down but will come on when you stomp the pedal, would this be a problem with the switch or wiring somehwere?

Most likely your old worn out brake switch on the brake pedal is sticking and needs the heavy tap to make it work
