help with oxygen sensor please....

I have an 84 T/A, changed the engine last fall. I'm trying to figure out where the oxygen sensor hooks up?!!? ( Not the end that goes into the exhaust manifold!!!) Any help would be apreciated!! By the way, its a 305 H.O.

the wiring for it ultimately heads to the passenger side firewall to go to the ECM. Some carb'd Q-jet SBC models ran the wiring under the engine but I think in 84, it's still in the harness that heads back over the back of the engine.

84 T/A here with CC Qjet. There should be a single black connector on a wire that goes into the harness which will then go to the ECM. The connector is on the drives side by the firewall. Can't recall the color off hand but if the connector is still on the wire, should be easy to spot.
