[URGENT] What is this connector called, and what's the pinout

I'm looking for the name of the White/Clear 15 pin connector that is located right next to the 2 connectors on the ECU, it connects into the dash harness. The pins are labeled as letters not numbers. I have only seen the connector reffered to as the "I/P" connector, thinking maybe that it's the "Instrument Panel"? My old harness had something connected to the "M" pin, anyone know what the signal is? Red circle is the connector that I'm reffering to, and the other is what it connects to in the dash.

Thanks ahead of time.

That's the harness for the cluster. On my car, M is a black/white for the speed sensor

Do you have documentation for this because this is what I'm showing... Hoping to get this thing in the bay this weekend...

Wrong... Brown wire feeds the ECM for the speed dependent inputs such as TCC lock (auto) and highway fuel and spark. The clear connector is the C207, there may be a white 6-pin next to it that is the C221. Anyways, the speedo wire is the green with the black stripe coming off of the buffer box (the yellow box on the back of the ECM bracket if so equipped).

Check here: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/mkport..._1989_C207.gif

It's for an 89 but should point you in the right direction. You may also want to compare it to this: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/mkport..._1992_C207.gif to find any differences between the 89 harness and the 90-92 harness you may have (if you're working on a 90).

:edit: C207 M is a ground until 1990 or so, where it became the power feed for the underhood light on cars so equipped. It's supposed to run to one of the grounds on the rear of one of the cylinder heads. And it's a ground for a whole slew of things, not just the VSS.
