I just replaced my coolant sensor, old wires were shot, and I'm trying to wire in the new plug. But, the wires in the car are yellow and black, but the wires for the new plug are both black, but labled A and B. Which goes to which?

You are lucky, the polarity on this one does not matter. The sensor is a simple thermistor, it can be connected either way.
