Desperate... [Dash - Fan - AC Controls] Electrical Problems

Hi, i'm doing a Knight Rider Replica and i have very very little knowledge about electronics... i was trying to solve some Knight Rider dash calibrations on the boards and i've got this problems.

Car is a 89 350 GTA.

- Fuel line doesn't make any read. Tach, Oil Pressure, Temp, Speedo, SES, Brake, Security, Turnsignals... all is working good... but the fuel not.

- AC Controls: They have turned totally "weird", they worked fine, but right now all the positions of the selector brings air from the defroster for the windshield... cold-heat selector works fine and AC compressor looks like work... but the positions makes the air always get out from the defroster... Any idea?

- Fans : My car has dual fan setup, the primary works fine (active when reach 220F aprox) and i've the secondary working with a individual switch to activate it when i want, now i turn on the switch and i can hear the relay "ticking" one time when putting it ON, but the fan won't start... Any idea?

- Dash Problems: I don't have any interior light when i turn on the Headlights, Bulbs light up well (even High Beams) and position - rear tail lights, but on the interior i don't have any light and the clock of the stock radio dissappears when i light up the head lights... Courtesy (foots, t-top) is working fine... resuming, no cluster - AC - Shifter Selector - Radio Lights when headlights are open. I've check the fusebox and all appears to be good... the only ones i've not check are the 30 AMPS fuses because they don't have any wire to see if it's broken... again... Any help?

I'm totally desperated because in Spain no one cares about solving me this problems, so i've got to do it myself... any kind of help will be SO good...

Greetings.

With the A/C controls, I think the fact that it is all going to defrost is a sign that you may have a vac leak somewhere. defrost is default if there isn't enough vacuum in the system to control the panels that open and close inside the dash to redirect air flow. are you testing this when the car is running or when it is off? I made that mistake, had a WTF moment because all air went to the defroster no matter what, then realized it will only go to defrost unless car is running because, NO VACUUM to control it.
If it is running and still going all to defrost, a good place to start is your vacuum ball. that is where your vacuum reserve comes from to operate the controls when the car is under load. if that ball is leaking or missing, there may not be enough vacuum to switch the vents.
hopefully someone else will chime in here and explain anything I misunderstood or didn't explain well. good luck!
