Wiring Problems?? (engine bay harness)

ok here it goes.... I have a 89 camaro with a 92 lo3, I just changed the heads and intake it will now be a tpi (sd) also from a 92, I tied the tbi fuse link into the tpi harness and now my fan wont turn on.. I had the fan set to turn when ignition is on, also the fuel pump wasn't priming?, everything else works fine.

i had a extra orange wire and black with purple stripe left over?? the other orange went with the fuse link??
also I haven't connected any of the small wires yet near the brake booster....
any advice would be great thanks!!

you need to trace the relay wires and make sure you have power and good ground(s) for the fan. You also need to look at some wiring diagrams, check out http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19

If you don't understand the diagrams, learn them, or find a person to help you. Until then your best bet is to physically trace the wires and check for power. You can start by disconnecting the relay and check for power at the socket.
