90 Speedo Whine/Buzz
Hello...So I swapped my 110 speedo gauge into a 145 housing because everything but the speedo was off/not working on the original 110 mph cluster. Now my 110 speedo (original) is about 20mph off (too low) and there is a buzzing/whining noise coming from the speedo.
BTW: When I swapped the speedo, I also kept the board that it attaches to.
Any thoughts?

Sounds more like a mechanical speedo issue (82-89) than an electronic (90-92).

Nope...it's a 90-92 speedo.
Does putting a 110mph speedo in a housing that originally held a 145mph speedo make a difference? Can this be the issue?

Figured it out: The needle needed to be adjusted. It must have gotten moved when I removed/installed the speedo.
