Autometer C2 gauge installation, any walkthroughs or tips?
Hey guys, I bought 3 Autometer C2 gauges, full sweep electronic fuel pressure, trans temp & engine coolant temp. I also bought a pillar pod mount to slip the gauges in.
Looking at the wiring diagrams these seem to possibly be a little too complicated for me. Has anyone ever wired a similar setup and have any advice? Should I simply have a shop do it or is this something someone can do on their own? Any ideas on what a typical hot rod shop would charge to wire these in? I was also thinking having them wired to a small panel installed somewhere inside the car with a switch to toggle the lighting on and off...or do these gauges automatically wire into the headlight switching (turn on headlights/dash lights and the new gauges will light up)
Thanks for any advice!
