Lets play "Whats that wire"
So looking under the hood trying to sort out the wiring and i come across three brown wires drivers front side heres pic what is it and whats it for?

That looks a lot like the fog-light relay.
The red wire with a white stripe supplies power. The light-green wire is the healight power.
The brown "should" have a white stripe (according to my diagrams).
And then you should also find two purple wires in the loom, those supply power to the fog lamps and also feed the indicator light in the dash on your fog light switch.
