Tacho Help for 1982 TA Please.

Can someone pls tell me if the tacho signal output id the same for both injected and carb engines?

If so can someone tell me where to find the tacho signal in a crossfire engine?

Also does anyone know the redline rpms for the 4,6 and 8 engines?

the tach signal is the same for carb or CFI '82s-comes off the "tach" connection on the dizzy,ECM gets tach signal through the 4-pin connector to the ignition module.
